According to the investor's desire, the apartment space is designed by architect of the Hoang Gia Design, which is arranged as follows: the main entrance is the common living space, including kitchen, dining room and living room, these spaces use an open design to create a virtual space effect to help the apartment be more open and spacious. Private space is 2 bedrooms, a large room for parents and a small bedroom for children of the owner.

The living room has a beautiful design, with a harmonious combination of materials, colors and ways to create accents for the space, creating subtle artistic emotions.

Gentle wood material, shiny ceramic tiles, green leaves, is a combination of elegant colors that make the space exude a modern beauty, clean, elegant and close feeling.

The modern design of the Toky Tower apartment is in the main use of materials. A sofa set, a carefully selected tea table is placed on a large floor mat, which creates a separate, clean and emotional living room space.
